"The #3 Most Dangerous Vitamins Exposed!" . . .

VItamin # 1

"This Vitamin Is Involved In More   Cases Of Overdose Than Any Other."

Vitamin # 2

"This Vitamin Could Actually Produce    The ‘Clark Kent’ Effect – Or Worse."

Modern day living produces stress and fatigue.
To counter this we frequently resort to popping vitamin pills to boost the iron in our bodies.

It makes perfect sense doesn’t it?

Soon we are taking more iron because more iron obviously = more energy.

Wrong!

Excessive iron intake can damage the cells in some of the most important organs in your body including heart . . . liver . . . and the gastrointestinal tract cells.

Once you’ve gone too far down the road of excessive iron intake it’s too late to simply reduce the dosage in your body. It will be time to visit your doctor.

Vitamin A is often linked with good eyesight therefore more than the normal dose should make our eyes strong . . . right?
You’ve guessed . . .
Wrong!

Excessive vitamin A in our body can get really nasty. This is because when we ingest vitamin A our amazing body converts it into retinoids. Our liver has a maximum hold of retinoids and anything beyond that pushes the danger signals deep into the red zone. Instead of eyes like Superman they will be more like Clark Kent’s or much worse . . . Mr Magoo!

And how about . . . insomnia . . . weight loss . . . fever . . . weakened bones . . . just some of the effects caused by excessive vitamin A.

Vitamin # 3

"This Supplement Is Still Something Of    A Mystery."

"Do We Really Need Vitamin   Supplements?"

It’s not really known yet just how much of this vitamin we can safely take - in fact it may not even be a vitamin at all . . . how much is too much.

If you are dehydrating, get irritated easily and become weaker by the day better check your vitamin intake.

You could be suffering from Hypervitaminosis D – excessive vitamin D.

How many times have you bought fruit and vegetables from your local store and had to wait several days before you could eat them because they were still green?
For example, bananas in the dead of winter.

Crops are often picked before they have time to ripen on the vine. They are still raw. Often they are shipped from the other side of the world and to make sure they don’t rot before they reach your local store they are heavily doused with preservatives(toxins).
Their nutritional value is questionable.

"Do You Fit One Or More Of These Profiles?"

Our Bodies Require Different Nutrients At Different Stages Of Our Lives.

Are you pregnant? If so then you require a different level of nutrient than an elderly person or a child.

Do you have genetic or stress issues? They may require more of a certain substance that a nutritional supplement can supply.

Are you suffering from chronic stress? This can often surface as a back pain or nervous eye tic. Vitamins and minerals can help.

If you, like me, suffer from ‘senior moments’, - “What the heck am I doing here?” – it is possible your brain is not getting enough of the nutrients it needs to function properly.

Do you have trouble sleeping or maybe you are an athlete whose body is regularly pushed to the limits.
